Auction treasure..

Can you believe I only paid $35 dollars for this pair of vintage French chairs!

Sorry about the no so great picture, I took it after I got home on Thursday.. it was almost dark out and I was tired. They were the only thing I had my eye on and I'm so glad I was able to scoop them up. The upholstery isn't bad but its kind of dirty and the frames are a little too gold for my taste so I'll probably end up painting them. I can't wait to transform these beauties!

Happy Friday!

This is a peek of what I'll be doing this weekend. The projects involve velvet, canvas, and button tufting! I'll most likely be snapping some Instagram pictures along the way so please follow my feed if you would like to see! My Instagram tab is on the right side of the blog.

Also I want to thank everyone for leaving AMAZING comments and following the blog! It really means so much to me! I'm going to try to work on a tutorial about making a tufted ottoman if I can figure out video editing(wish me luck!).

A bit of my day...

This morning my husband and I loaded up the truck and took some things to the monthly antique fair. Here was a quick picture I snapped of one of my displays before the doors opened. I'll be doing a full post about the chairs this week.
